marriage have existed long before religion tok control over it. its always been about securing yourself and your kids a safe future.

in most coutries marriage comes with lots of laws about securing the other one finacially, giving people rights, and a bit more. why shouldnt gays get those rights?

well aren’t you a big and all knowing person.

how do you know the world wouldn’t be better w/o some of those groups? I understand that being racist is unreasonable as no one has control over their color, but what about muslims, democrats, republicans, and other beliefs that are choices or inclinations rather than genetic? sure we shouldn’t hurt or shun people for these things, but if they have a negative effect on society, then maybe we should get them to stop.

Through Youtube, I’ve safely engaged in dialogues with a racist, a person who hates muslims, an antisemite, a misogynist, a democrat that hates republicans, a republican that hates democrats, and now an 18yo bigot. I suspect they are all common people who think that society would be better off if the object of their distaste were removed from existence. I’m not sure if I’m a better person after chatting with an evil that doesn’t recognize itself. But I know I’ll feel better after a long shower.

mmmm… I don’t …
mmmm… I don’t like that x definition so, let’s just say “x= homo/bisexuals and transgenders.”
I have friends and know people who are ex-gay, were gay/lesbian and are now straight. (they got that way through counseling and many of them are married have kids now). if being gay isn’t natural, is looked down on by most religions, and offends people, and if you can be just as happy (if not happier) being straight, then why not give gays counseling and “fix” them?

How does all this support your contention that gay adult Americans be treated differently than anyone else? Do you have a logical argument?

Go to a mirror and say this out loud: “…society would be better off if people were raised to know the truth about X”.

Let X=a person of faith or a political affiliation or a gender or a race.
